What does Video On Demand (VOD) mean?

Video on demand (VOD) system allow users to select and watch to video content on demand.

VOD systems either stream content through a high-speed modem, allowing viewing in real time, or demand it to a device such as a computer for viewing at any time.

What do you mean when you call H3 Network Media "Live" Broadcasting?

Live Broadcasting (LIVE) - When we say live, we really mean "live"! Our unique technology through Video streaming server allows H3 Network Media to virtually 1 to 5-second delay common in the live streaming process. Everyone watching our channel sees exactly the same thing you see as we produce it.

A webcast is a media file distributed over the Internet using streaming media technology. A webcast may either be distributed live or on demand. Essentially, webcasting is “broadcasting” over the Internet.

I forgot my username and password? What should I do?

You can retrieve your username from the login section in the top right of the H3 Network Media homepage. Click on "login" and then "forgot username" in the following section.

Why are my videos taking so long to start and/or very choppy?

This is most likely due to low internet bandwidth. It is required that you have either a Cable or DSL modem providing at least 300 kbps download speed. Make sure you are not downloading music, movies, or games at the same time as this consumes your bandwidth. Note that if you are on a shared network, other people may be consuming your bandwidth. For example if your children are using the web at the same time you are. Contact your internet provider if you suspect you are getting less internet bandwidth then you should.

I paid with Paypal, but my account does not show any credits. Why not? (AKA, 'the e-check problem')

If you have an account with paypal, but DO NOT have a Credit Card tied to the account (also known as an 'e-check payment'), it is processed in the same way as a physical check. That is, there is an automated hold placed on the payment, and it is not placed into the H3 account until the 'check' has been processed by the banking system. It can take 6-8 days for this payment to process. We have no control over this, and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. If you have run into this situation, please contact us.
